My question, as a non-aero hi-tech accountant, is who owns that 'parked in the jungle' aircraft?
Did ownership change from the factory, if in fact it did?
Isn't this a FOB factory vs destination type issue?
Is that poor businessman located in Long Island owing lease payments on the aircraft parked in the jungle?
