I am not defending Foley at all, but there is no need to make this scandal trashier than it already is. Foley has resigned and if he violated the law, he will be prosecuted. Hastert has asked the DOJ to investigate. I don't think there is anything else to be done, unlss you want to go down the Nancy Pelosi witch hunt trail.
You know, Nancy's probably on that trail ~ as are some other big name Dems ~ someone "hid" the salicious Instant Messages for 3 years.
