Today I got my two month checkup. The MRI of my brain taken last Wednesday was fine. It showed signs of the operation but there was no sign of the cancer returning. I am still cancer free. The blood tests also taken last Wednesday were fine. There is no sign of cancer. According to the doctor my recovery is going better than expected. He seemed quite pleased with my condition. I am scheduled for another brain MRI and a chest X-Ray in February.
One point that was quite interesting to me. While waiting to see the doctor I picked up a book on cancer treatment. It said that several studies have shown that those who pray for recovery and have others praying for their recovery do much better than those that do not. The other point it said was that those that believe in God do better than those that do not. It said that those that both believe and have others praying for them do the best of all.
The article was very careful not to state there is a God. I guess they could not do that in this PC world. The article just said that those that believe do better than those who do not. And believers that have the most prayers offered in their behalf do the best of all.
Wonderful news about your MRI and blood tests results! Will pray for continued good results!
I do believe in the power of prayer. I wish you and yours a blessed and happy Christmas and a healthy New Year!
You know, any time I hear that someone is ill/has issues/challenges beyond their control, I try to ask God to give them what they need.
Sounds like God was listening!
Please add my prayers to your 'prayed for' list. . .
The results of faith and prayer are scientifically provable! Thank you for this testimony! I praise our Great God, the Healer, for this and every good report on your continuing health and well being! O Merry Christmas Joy!
You are too mean to die.
God bless you Tator.
Wow -- incredibly GOOD NEWS, CT! Man, I can't thank God enough for the miracles he's done on your behalf, my friend. There's no other explanation.
The article was very careful not to state there is a God.
Well, I don't need some article to tell me what common sense tells me: There is a God. You're living proof, amigo. Thanks for the update, and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours, buddy! May the new year bring you all the blessings you deserve. See ya soon!
Prayer bump!
