If I lived in Texas, I'd probably vote for him. Anything to keep Trans-Texas Corridor supporting Rick Perry from reelection. Luckily the democrat, I think his name is Chris Bell, is so irrelevent, so it's not like a vote for Kinky is a vote for Bell.
