Well, right there's the problem Hastert had ~ it's nice to be Speaker of the House but the RNC does have some power ~ particularly over campaign funds.

Why don't you ask it of them?? If it is expected, they will. For the record, to my knowledge neither of them has attempted to contact pages' inappropriately in online chats.
