Usually you don't have to work too hard to keep the gay guys away from the young females provided you have some young males around.
Otherwise they don't discriminate.
A little more life experience, though, and you'll discover heterosexual males are much more likely to be able to resist sexual urges than are homosexual males.

There is no shortage of heterosexual pedophiles. And there is a known example of a male congressman engaging in sexual relations with a female page. Your suggestion that homosexual members should be banned is ludicrous.
