You do know that Representatives of Congress are up for election every two years, don'tcha? Foley was first elected in 1994 and has been re-elected every two years since.

Well if they are from '03 someone thought enough to keep the archives but Foley *WAS* up for election back in 2004 (all House members are reelected every 2 yrs) which makes this all that much more peculiar. If they truly thought there was a sexual predator in congress, keeping it hidden for 3 years is more than a little bit irresponsible.
