"Be precise please. In what way is a Black and Decker cordless drill purchased at WM different from the similar model purchased at Sears or any other outlet."

Does Sears sell B&D? I thought they only sold the better quality Craftsman & Milwaukee drills?

I believe they do but it really doesn't matter. I used Sears as another retailer to buy the similar product. You may substitute Home Depot, Tool Box or any other retailer.

Some of the Sears Craftsman line is manufactured for Sears by Black and Decker. The parts, batteries, etc. are interchangable. The only difference is the nameplate.
