There stuff is garbage? I can buy a B&D cordless drill at WM for about 15-20 less then I can get it anywhere else. Is this drill any less quality then the identical one bought at Sears?

The answer to your question is YES, it is of less quality. Talk to anyone that works at a supplier to WM and you'll find out that the cheaper price is for an inferior product.
