I am also watching CO very closely right now. We bid on a property in Woodland Park, CO on Monday....about 60 miles from Bailey. Of course this could happen anywhere.

We were shopping in the Bailey area a few years back when we were planning to move back to Colorado. Our high schoolers would have been there, but we picked a different area in Colorado to call home.
