Did a little google search and didn't see any Republicans claiming Bill Clinton was obsessed with Bin Laden. Did however find a 60 Minutes interview where Clinton himself was "obsessed" with Bin laden.

I bet you find the same thing if you google "Clinton" and "Somalia", and who wanted to leave right after the killing of our troops.

Yes, Klintoon did not start using the "obsessed" word until AFTER 9/11, AFTER he was out of office.
