Just watched a clip on Drudge. The sound was out of sync. with the video so it was more like radio.
Clinton sounded to me like he was slurring some words.

I thought the Drudge clip was very good -- right to YouTube and bingo -- no waiting time. Clinton was worse than I anticipated. He just kept on going -- digging a deeper and deeper hole.
Scary isn't it? If this man is ever given any power again -- a Hillary presidency, UN, anything -- he will absolutely use it in ways that will shock the world.
