I'll never forget that winp SEC DEF Les Aspin scurrying over to Congress to try and cover their asses after refusing to provide the armor to our troops in Mogadishu. Even the Dems in the meeting came out shaking their heads and demanding "real" answers.
(So then we got that "tower of strength" Wm Cohen---he should have been excommunicated from the GOP a long time ago!)
