FYI- Yesterday on FNC in interview with Brian Wilson about this- Wallace made it very clear they did have parameters and he was going to spend half the time on Clinton's global initiative program...and the REST on any topic Wallace chose. Wallace said it was Clinton himself who took the interview in this direction...
