We know bin Laden bombed the embassies and bin Laden was named in the indictment for WTC I. What more certification was needed.

Sorry this is a late comment on this thread. I was out of town and wasn't able to access the internet to do it earlier.

My first thought when I read Bubba's statement was: How in the hell could the CIA and FBI certify that bin Laden was responsible for the attack on the USS Cole, when they couldn't even talk to each other or share info!
