Maybe because some believe that seeing a video confirms that he's alive. If they see a video of me 200 years from now people will think I'm alive.

If he had died of "poor health", (he's had issues for years), WE may not have killed him. Cavuto asked specifically if WE had done the job.
They may have had to pay the warlords a bit of the reward money, just to help confirm his death. Could still be waiting on testing, not wanting to release information and then have everyone yell "Bush lied"......
Maybe THE tape was confiscated at the time the sample was taken? Is it too much to ask for?
