The simple legal reclassification of Islam as a criminal political ideology (as empirically evidenced through historical record) rather than a religion would cut through certain obstacles like a hot knife through butter.

Islam is robust physically and does possess a large population. However, it has no defense from the West if we decide our own survival is at stake and we take the gloves off. After about 30 minutes from the 'Go' command, the population of the Islamic Empire will shrink from 1 Billion to about 100 Million. And there is absolutely nothing Islam can do about it.
