Totally. It's a HUGE win. If it was a REAL compromise and Bush was giving in, they'd be talking about NOTHING BUT this in the news. This is SO not a compromise! :) I LOVE IT!!! Man I get so psyched when things like this happen.

McCain put a lot of political capitol on this position, and he lost BIG!!! McCain bet a busted flush on Bush's full house, and Bush called him. Hear that clanging sound? That's McCains chips being pulled to Bush's side of the table. McCain lost a lot more than his desire for a compromise on this. He lost face and a lot of political capitol. It's all about the chips and who has what on who. McCain got spanked!!! :)
