That's not true. He knows that would never fly in Texas.
His little joke about "They deserve to be just as miserable as everyone else" was just vintage Kinky. The man is no dummy. He knows the legislature will never pass such a bill in Texas and he'll never have to deal with that issue.

That's not true. He knows that would never fly in Texas. The hell it isn't true. Just because he "knows" it wouldn't fly doesn't make him any less in favor of it.
