If he had the balls the break the law he should have the balls to accept the consquences. When my youngest son received a speeding ticket (in a residental area) rushing to his brother's bedside in the hospital (serious but not life threatening), I WOULD NOT allow him to offer that as an excuse to the judge. My son accepted the consequences of his actions.

"I personally don't feel that breaking laws to apprehend a serial rapist qualifies as "serious crimes" in my book."

So you would have no problem if the police took short cuts and broke the law to apprehend law breakers?

If they were in a corrupt hole like Mexico, no I wouldn't. You seem to be equating our justice system with theirs and we obviously won't see eye to eye on that, but I'm curious as to why you are still doubting his Christian faith, which is what started this whole exchange between you and I.
