Uh scumbag luster is in a California prison right now. He is not on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta. Guess you missed the back story on this one. Luster was hiding in Puerto Vallarta in plain sight. The Mexicans didn't lift one finger to return him. Enter Dog who does what the FBI and federales cannot - gets the scumball. He was bringing Luster back to justice when the Mexicans stopped them and arrested them all. Luster nearly talked his way out of it, since he speaks fluent Spanish and Dog, et al. do not. But, Dog kept saying Andrew Luster's name until they figured it out.
Think about it - here we have a dangerous predator who fled to Mexico to escape American justice, who was caught by Americans doing the job Mexicans won't do, and then returned to America. Absolutely nothing about this should involve the Mexicans. They didn't want to extradite a monster who was convicted of 86 counts of rape. Why should we extradite 3 men who are only charged with misdemeanors????

Yes I will admit, that some Mexican Judges toes were stepped on and that judge was probably mad that Chapman is a big star now and that Chapman skipped bail and thumbed his nose at him, but like I said all Chapman had to do was show up when he promised to and he wouldn't be in this current jam.
If anything he let America down by being so obstiante and making this an international brouhaha, probaly from the "advice" of his lethal weapon bottom wife, Beth, who by the way was calling the shots after his bail hearing.
When asked if he was fearful of being sent back to Mexico, Chapman responded, "No cause we won't go," but then added, "We go to get this right." As Chapman left the courthouse his wife Beth urged him to remain quiet and jostled with cameramen and reporters along the way to their SUV. However the star of the reality show did relay a message to his many fans, some who waited nearly all day for his release "Thank you very much for everybody that loves us," he said. "We love everybody -- thank you very much."
