A non-partisan would easily conclude that Pat is correct.

Do I think Bush should be impeached? No. Not at the moment. If he signs an Amnesty, he would disgrace the office in a worse manner than Bill Clinton ever could.

That said, it would be very hard to argue grounds of impeachment if Congress passed the legislation (although the whole lot of them would be traitors and hopefully induce mass protests and resistance - not holding my breath on that one).

The fact of the matter is that there is no chance of this happening.

But the question remains: Has the President refused to uphold his oath of office to defend the Constitution against all enmeies foreign and domestic as well as Article IV, Section IV of that same Constitution to repel foreign invasions?

Absolutey, and in a saner time that would have been an impeachable offense. In a saner time, President Bush would be greyhounding it back to Crawford.

God bless Texas.

What's left of it anyway...

"In a saner time..."

...a lynch mob would have run buchanan out of town for writing the things he does defending Islamic extremists.

Ya . Nazi , bush basher blah blah. Does what pat has to say stand up ? Is he lying about the problem. Is there any doubt that bush is for open borders ? Are facts he presents incorrect ? Has bush done all he can to secure our borders in a time of war ? We can spend billions to try and seal the iraq border .
