If you have ever been in a hospital it can be amusing to watch how many different people check a patient's chart and how oblivious and clueless they can be to what is really going on in terms of diagnosis and treatment. The combination of impersonal bureaucracy, overconfidence in industrial medicine, and the musical chairs of chain of custody in managing a patient's chart can yield some bizarre results.

As plays out in the dark-comedy film Hospital.

I spent 5 years working in a hospital and more than enough ER time with accidents and illnesses.

That's where I learned my healthy distrust of doctors.
