Dawkins was being polite. Anti-evos can also be cynical, wicked con artists, and can also exhibit several of these traits at once; eg. Kent Hovind is both dishonest and ill-educated (and may also show signs of mental diseases).

In fact, all one would have to do to falsify the statement is produce a single example of a smart, honest, educated-in-biology, sane, anti-evo. Good Luck!

You just falsified the statement yourself by contradicting the grounds of the proposition.
