Dad, Mom & Baby Abby reunited
FBI Special Agent in Charge Roland Corvington said Shannon Beck was arrested after Beck's sister-in-law Dorothy Torrez noticed makeup on a cap covering Abby's head. They say Beck had applied the makeup in order to conceal a light red birthmark on the baby's forehead. Torrez then called authorities. Corvington said Beck suffered a miscarriage the same day Abby was kidnapped.
