It is curious that this is an issue coming to light just as the news of Err America's continuing and deepening fiscal issues is also surfacing.

I like Sean, but he does tend to be too reptative....however he is good during elections cycles in comparing and contrasting conservative vs. liberal positions on important issues. He does need to freshen his show up a little or something to make it more interesting during non-election time frames. He was at his best when he started out with his show....he needs to recapture that energy.

While the timing may be suspect, it's a trade article. Generally trade articles have no ax to grind, but rather see trends and speculate on the trends.

Even if this is something of a hit piece, those in the trade would immediately see it and attack it. Unfortunately, most of the comments here are from non trade associated folks speculating that this is a hit peice.

My guess is there are statistics backing the writers assumptions. If Citadel sees Hannity as a money maker, they will keep him. If they see him as something else, or they believe that something will outperfomr Sean in terms of ratings or expecially $$$, then they may work to move him on.
