In fact, all of Central America is screwed up. We did not help with our on again-off again policies. We should have simply occupied the damn place.
That would not have followed Jimmy Carters world view. We are the big bad United States. All of Central and South Americas problems have been caused by the United States. We should first given them lots and lots of money, then mind our own business. What business is it of ours what they do with their country and their money?
