- No, Penn is too stupid and self absorbed to even know what Wikepedia is. My guess is that Penn pays big bucks to some PR yes man to keep track of such things and post puff pieces that stroke his ego and inflate his credentials.
I doubt that Penn even remembers how to change the spark plugs in the cars that he was supposedly taught to repair.
In effect, he is an unqualified auto mechanic who lives in the Hollywood bubble and is so out of touch that he believes his own spin.
A second rate mind stuck on stupid. For such an "expert" in international politics, I would love to see him asked who is the ruler of Jordan. I would be willing to bet big bucks that he hasn't a clue.
