Why did they replace Clinton's grand jury testimony (showing he shot himself in the foot with those legal troubles/distractions) with the finger wag "did not have sexual relations" which sells the RAT propaganda that it was no one's business and all the fault of that crazy Ken Starr and the sex-obsessed Republicans in congress?
They didn't. They just took it out. The finger wag was in both the original cut and the final cut.
OhI was surprised and glad they showed the finger wagging....to remind anyone who had forgotten how he stood there and flat out lied to the American people.
