I've heard several times now on the Fox stream, that there were reports of a plane flying very, very close to the dome of the Capitol that day. Anyone know what that was all about? I know there were a lot of wild rumors going around that day (fire on the mall in DC, bomb at Foggy Bottom, etc.) but I hadn't heard this one before.

Your "speeding up" the upstream: would that affect my ability to download on dial up (54k)?
