Yes. leave utorrient open. You can play the video and seed at the same time.
bump
okey dokey. That is all I need to do? Just leave it running?
If anyone can get me the first hour or two please freepmail me. I tuned in just before they hear about the pentagon being hit.
If you want to change your upload speed, right click on the capitol U on the lower right.
I am not seeing that capital U - But I show uploading at 77Kbs
Thanks again!
Sweet. I got the first five hours or so and then it stopped recording for some reason, so maybe I will download your second part.
The second one is 7hr 34 min and ends with GWB.
chadgore has what you need. Check his posts on this thread for details.
Thank you very much for the info.
By the way, for weeks afterward, I got the best reception of channel 13 (PBS station) I have ever seen, because they set up transmission from the aforementioned FM antenna.
My house is a cable free zone. :o)

Thank you, FRiend. :o)
I'm going to have to review your earlier posts to figure out Torrent -- it confuses me as to what you are doing.
A couple of comments on my recording using Replay A/V. The CNN streaming, as I mentioned earlier, was overloaded at my connection, continually buffering, jerky, video stopped then advancing several frames, etc., just generally unwatchable or at best irritating. However, I just now am viewing the Replay A/V captures and the stream is clear and stable.
As for the content of the broadcast, CNN is just plain inept. Arron Brown is narrating from the roof of some downtown building and he is in denial about everything, even when he sees it with his own eyes. For example, he keeps talking about another explosion and partial collaspe of the towers when the video clearly shows they are gone. With this type of broadcasting, no wonder the conspiracy nuts come out and say what they do.
What is "seed"?
Do you have a link (probably on last weeks thread) where you describe what Torrent is, how it works, where to get it, and how much it costs? I know you did that, but I don't see it on today's thread.
Thanks.
Looks like it's coming to an end.
Hoping it will replay -- will wait a bit because the stream this morning started some time after 8:00 a.m. but before 8:30. Hoping they time synch it the same way again. Worth waiting another 10 or 15 minutes to find out.
Also, I think they would just kill the link if they were done. Maybe giving folks in another time zone a chance. Course, maybe they just have a staffer who forgot to shut it all down!! :>)
A .torrent file is a very small content (movie) ID file, usually very small, around 10 to 20k. The only purpose of this file is to provide a common way to ID the content (movie) you wish to share.
Anyone loading that small .torrent file instantly starts downloading the content (movie) from everyone else who is is also on that .torrent
If there are 30 other users, and all 30 have their own copy of the content (movie), all the 30 people send you the same file at the same time, and the speed is out of this world.
The more popular the torrent, the faster it gets.
A "peer" is another user on the torrent (usually downloading).
A "seeder" or "seed" is someone with 100% of the file.
The content is sent to each peer on a completely random basis, so that when you join a new torrent part of the content (movie) is also on someone elses computer.
The idea is to have a distributed "cloud" of people uploading and downloading the file at the same time.
