Actually, you are right. New Orleans Blacks get it. They know that the Democrat Party and the Congressional Black Caucus has done zilch for them in NOLA. MS, TX, FL & AL are leaving Louisiana in the dust. Until Blacks across the county dump the Democrat Party and their current Black leadership, they are going nowhere. Take my word for it, the cesspool cities of America, Detroit, Cleveland, New Orleans are all Black controlled and run. This is a shame because there are millions of Black citizens that could do a bang up job of leadership, if only they had the chance and opportunity. Black folk, the handwriting is on the wall.
