"Ever hear of the internet, podcasts, or Bit Torrent?"Now wait a minute! I HAVE heard of the Internet, and I have heard a little about podcasts (not an Ipod owner, nor do I need it), and Bit Torrent is way beyond my meager computer/techie skills.

I know there are ways to get the un-cut version, but for flyover country and joe six-pack-types, the TV set STILL is the way they get their "facts" (that's why we have so many ill-informed, MSM-dependent folks voting Democrat). For THEM....there's only cable TV and Fox News as a more pallatible source of SOME factual reporting.

Bit Torrent as easy as downloading if you know where to go*

* Legal disclaimer: I only Bit Torrent Japanese TV shows that have been fan-subbed and are not currently available or copyrighted in the US to practice my language skills

If you have DSL you can torrent download a 30 minute program in 3 hours at 26 mbps, the entire uncut video of this show (four hours)would download in about 24 to 48 hours as an AVI file playable on most windows media players (your codecs may vary) and unlike Utube or google video AVI files downloaded via bit torrent are almost DVD quality. and while you are waiting for the torrent to finish you can still post here.

Also as a WMV (windows media video) it would fit onto a standard CD that Joe Six Pack's son could play for mom and Pop on his computer.

And Windows Media Center can convert any AVI file to a DVD as well.

The real question should be will there be enough anger over the cutting of this film to warrent such a grass roots movement ensuring that the original version gets distributed by other means.
