I think you mugh want to reconsider your earlier observation that certain protectionists cannot read . . . looks like our alphabet is the problem.

Thesre is no error. Your porblesm is that you still don't "read".
Look at post #56. Read what I said:
"This is the alphabet group of foreign election observers. The OSCE website denied or didn't admit to being part of the UN."
This is almost the same argument we had regarding UN observers of foreigners.

Check this out. It list the member states and when they all signed. Much to my chagrin all the signing years were Republican years, 1973, 1975 and 1990.
