I am curious as to how anyone arrived at that number. Certainly not in the field and I have a tough time believing the military would sign off on an ordnance that had a 40% failure rate on the range.
Good point. Please let the Dems tell us which one of them ever called in cluster bombs,or firecracker rounds, then walked through the AO where the bomblets failed to explode? I would love to hear the details?
