Mortgage rates are back down to 5 1/2%. Great rate to lock in for those fools who went with the ARMs.

But, but, Hydroshock and ex-texan have said that rates will soon be at 17% and that EVERY home will soon be worth about $100... SELL NOW, PANIC...WE'RE DOOMED!!!!!!!!
