Either the blood covers all or it doesn't. I guarantee there are no pariahs in Heaven. Are there people with little or no reward other than going there? Almost certainly, but there are no pariahs. If there were, it wouldn't be Heaven.

Incidently dirty jobs is great. I know I wouldn't do many of the jobs he does on that show. Unless i were starving. I thank GOD I was educated and didn't have to do some of those jobs and I appreciate those that do.
