Members of the Supremes have violated their oath of office if they base their rulings on international law. You need not be a conservative to want to impeach several of them, including Souter with his outrageous opinion on property rights.

To me that is the most unnerving of the antics oozing out of that venerable building, the efforts to bind us to the laws of International Losers, along with the usurpation of property rights, striking us deep in the heart.

I just picked this up on another thread by US Navy guy,

WASHINGTON -- Supreme Court decisions that are "so clearly at variance with the national will" should be overridden by the other branches of government, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich says.

"What I reject, out of hand, is the idea that by five to four, judges can rewrite the Constitution, but it takes two-thirds of the House, two-thirds of the Senate and three-fourths of the states to equal five judges," Gingrich said during a Georgetown University Law Center conference on the judiciary.
