I beg your pardon. I've heard nothing about the RCC considering Terri Schiavo for sainthood. I'm afraid you're just a bit off the mark on this one.

No, I am correct. Terri's in consideration for sainthood. Terri was a witness to suffering and she was martyred. Even Rep. Dave Simmons said Terri would be a martyr. The GOP made her a martyr instead of saving her.
Secondly, the statue dedicated to Terri will be at Naples University which is going to be a faith based institution of higher learning.
