Beside especially severe burning "down to the bones", the doctors say that, in other cases, internal organs have been ruptured without any obvious sign of shrapnel wounds.

No schrapnel, the wounds are all sealed and cuaterized, what could do this to a man?

I wonder if these terrorist docs are more familiar with their small bundles of explosives in their dinky katushka rockets or suicide vests that NEED lots of shpranel (ball bearings, nails etc.) to kill someone.

Having a 500 lb bomb land in your building versus a 10lb backpack bomb in the same room is a huge difference.
