The minute Victoria Toensing announced that there was no violation of the law she wrote, an honest judge would have stopped things right then and there.
Trouble is, honest judge is an oxymoron these days. This judge not only tolerated fraud, but cooperated in its perpetration. With judges like this, we are only a step away from Rwanda.
