poor demos? for an established show? Batchelor's format isn't going to be appreciated by a potential new listener from a 60 second demo.

what the deal now, the only hosts they want are the ones who spend 3 hours being told that they are "great americans" - 200 times a day.

maybe he forgot to plug some steakhouse or Vermont ski resort a few thousand time per year.

"Poor demos" mean "poor demographics". I.e., too many old people listening.

If you just look at the number of stations he's on, I think it's only WABC and WMAL that are major stations that air him undelayed. So, whatever the cause, other stations just don't see the benefit of having him on.

Considering how late his show is on, you'd think that the numbers wouldn't matter much at all.
