They do present the evidence along with the results of their questioning him about it. The report doesn't go into a lot of detail on some of the things I wish they would have...but all in all it does a pretty good job. From reading it, you can at least understand the issues and what has been done since to take care of them. The Patriot Act was one thing you are thankful for afterwards.
