Yep,that picture depicting the white kid in the remedial class had me chuckling too.Realistically,the kid taking that class would have way more likely been Latino or black though one must admit there are plenty of white kids out there who don't have a clue either.
Reminds me of the glossy college catalogues where they always picture a black male,a Latino female,an Asian kid and a white female clustered around a tree laughing merrily together.No white males pictured.
In reality.all those groups are only clustered around EACH OTHER for the most part.
