I just watched this (for the 8th time) last weekend. It is not "profanity laden". It does not show ANY scenes that could not be shown in prime time.
The replies on this thread are ridiculous. Those so upset at the F word being muttered should turn off the tv, if they actually have one. And disconnect their friggin' internet while they're at it.

NBC had disclaimers in their promotional ads for the movie as well as before the movie began and at the end of each commercial break, and not a single complaint was lobbed toward NBC, General Electric or the FCC.
