I can't stand to look.
This is 'too close to home' for me and I hope everyone will forgive me if I bow out of this thread.
[I'm not into flashbacks and nightmares right now]...:-\
Suffice it to say that I hope he gets every horrible, terrifying, soul-crushing thing that is coming to him.
Agreed. He sounds like a fairly typical professor.
And then there's this. Sounds like the usual pedophile, staking out places where there are likely to be vulnerable children. I hope they really drop the hammer on him.
Picture of course soon to be on Pennsylvania's sexual predators list.... or maybe Virginia's, since that's where he was arrested.
"staking out places where there are likely to be vulnerable children"
My personal evil bastard married my aunt, a 4th grade teacher who loved kids and had them to her home often.
[I'm sure that was just a 'coincidence'.]
Geez! Not another one.
I'm sure search warrants have already been executed for his homes, boat, cars, offices, bank vaults, etc. He was sloppy enough to get caught with video in his personal possession, so he's probably sloppy in other ways as well.
Hang him. Predatory scum like this gives human beings a bad name.
I support individual choice.
Don't know why, but I guessed U of P. Probably it is my favorite Ivy League school to hate. I'm sure I will offend many, but if you have ever attended a U of P faculty event, you have experienced the purest caricature of name dropping and self praising imaginable. Embarrassingly so, and they all bask in it.
Dunno but it should be a hanging offense. Hanging the pedophiles may or may not be a deterrent, I happen to think it probably would be, but what the heck, at least the pedophile is gone.
"He has tenure"
Yikes.
Reason #38 for abolishing tenure.
He's a bad Badger.
Thanks very much for your quick-thinking! They are going to be in damage-control mode now, and so they are going to do what they can to limit his, and therefore their, exposure.
I'm afraid that the only way to stop this sort of insane, perverted sickness will be to bring torture back to the criminal justice system....or mandatory, immediate death sentences.
"sigh"
I hope that this will indeed come to pass. I am losing faith in our justice system and I really don't want to....it breaks my heart, what these monsters are getting away with.
This looks like a great 'no frills' site. Thanks.
You're welcome! It strives to be a sort of a Northwest-centered Drudge Report, and I sometimes find articles there that Matt Drudge picks up hours later.
Whooda thunk it, right? :-)
(doing my best Gomer Pyle imitation: "Well, surprise, surprise, surprise!")
Post #9 is his Faculty Profile, not his resume.
If what you suggest actually comes to pass, it would actually be a great thing for all of higher education, because it would cause the public to absolutely come unglued and DEMAND that universities be held accountable....and they will vote with their checkbooks. When fewer families send their children to these overpriced Ivy League schools, they just may sit up and take notice. Nothing will hurt them like a hit on the pocketbook.
