I have a difficult time believing a Kilo transiting all the way to off the coast of Israel without being detected. I doubt they have the legs to do it.

I have a difficult time believing a Kilo transiting all the way to off the coast of Israel without being detected. I doubt they have the legs to do it.

Even if detected, as long as they stay outside Israel's territorial limits, there is little that can be done if they decide to launch a first strike. Doubtful that Israel would launch a preemptive strike.
