Rudy's not much of a homebody either.. And Romney's a liberal Mormon. To merely mention them overstates the size of the constituency. :)

Gingrich will appeal the the 'cohort to be courted' only on the basis of his polcy proposals, not on his character strengths, which aren't strengths, so he won't appeal to them enough to be nominated. I voted for Romney in your poll, btw, if only because McCain and Giuliani are completely unacceptable considerations for the Presidency.

Err. How times has Rudy been married? Rudy and Newt carry baggage. At least Mormon Mitt does not carry baggage.

My dream ticket would be Sanford/Pawlenty. Since neither is interested in running. I am, for now, tenatively leaning toward either McCain and Mormon Mitt.
