Quite a misleading article and headline. The charges were dropped as a sort of plea agreement with the AG - the judge did not just dismiss it outright. Fletcher had to "admit" his administration was corrupt and that the AG acted appropriately to uncover it, while the governor himself did not have to plead guilty to any crime. Not exactly an exoneration.

Even so, the least whiff of anything, be it personal or professional, being said about a Republican, which can be within an given office or administration and not necessarily the person themselves, and ethics compel them to step down, resign, or in some other way, leave office.

Where are the ethics of the Dem party?? The crimes mount on each and every one of them, and far worse than corruption, including murder and extreme racism? Yet they just continue to pursue office, and refuse to leave.
