I don't think that person has tubal pregnancies in mind. That is a medical exception.

Moreover, laparoscopy and electrocautery are not listed by ANY of the abortion providers, medical and health, hospital, clinic, or University websites listed under Google: abortion methods); that is to say, they are not listed as abortion methods at all. Rather, they are classified as legitimate medical techniques to treat a diseased fallopian tube in the case of ectopic pregnancy.
